TKR-355P

 

1.    How to download newsong from the website?

 

If your computer’s operating system (os) is Windows Vista or Windows XP:

 

-          First, create a folder in your computer. Folder name should be "tjmedia”.

-          Use Internet Explorer as your browser (do not use Google Chrome or Mozilla).

-          On the address bar type the website address for newsong.

-          Click TKR-355P logo.

-          Select the download period you want to download.

-          Click "click to download button”

(Note: Always allow pop-up on this site)

             (If the web page doesn’t respond, uninstall all the toolbars in your web page.)

-          A window will appear containing the programs of the month you are about to download. (note: please install the program DEXTUploadXex)

-          Click "Download”.                                             

-          Another window will appear. Find the "tjmedia” folder that you created.

-          Click the folder then click "ok” or double click the folder.

-          Downloading is in process.

-          Wait until the downloading is complete. (Transfer the whole tjmedia folder to USB flash drive or SD Card)

 

If your computer’s operating system (os) is Windows7:

 

-          First, create a folder in your computer. Folder name should be "tjmedia”.

-          Go to Internet Explorer then right click. Choose "run as administrator

-          On the address bar type the website address for newsong.

-          Click TKR-355P logo.

-          Select the download period you want to download

-          Click "click to download button”

(Note: always allow pop-up on this site)

             (If the web page doesn’t respond, uninstall all the toolbars in your web page.)

2.    How to update/upgrade TKR-355P?

 

-          Make sure that the unit is OFF.

(Note: The unit must be connected to a monitor)

-          INSERT the program update USB flash drive in USB slot or SD Card to SD Card Slot. (USB or SD Card contains update downloaded from the Newsong website)

-     Turn ON the unit. Wait for the update screen to appear. The unit will update

itself. (Note: Do not press any buttons from the unit while updating.)

-     Wait until the program update ends.  (Note: Update is done when the player reads "00000” and background video appears)

-     Remove the USB flash drive or SD Card.

(Caution: Do not remove USB Flash Drive or SD Card when the update is still not yet done)

 

     3.    How to proceed to Setup of Configuration?

 

-          While in standby mode, press "Setup” button on the remote.

-          In Setup of Configuration, enter the default pin number.

       Note: Default pin number is "1111”.

-          You can now select which mode setting you want to configure.   

     4.    How to Authenticate TKR-355P?

 

-          At standby mode, press "Setup” button on the remote.

-          Set-up of configuration will appear. Enter the default pin number, "1111”.

-          Go to Karaoke First Authentication icon, press "Sel” button on the remote.

-          Press "Start” to authenticate the player. (Be sure to press it once)

-          Wait until the second notice appear then press "Start” to confirm authentication.

-          The screen will return to Menu. (Notice the Karaoke First Authentication icon is removed from the list, this means the player is authenticated and ready to play.)

-          Press "Cancel” button to return to previous background.

 

5.    How to change Background Video?

 

-      At standby mode, press "BGV” button on the remote. Press it again to shift to another background video.

 

     6.    How to record a song?

 

-          At standby mode, press "rec” button on the remote control.

-          Select Recording by pressing "Sel”on the remote.

-          Choose a song you want to record.

-          After choosing a song, press "Start” to record.

 

     7.    How to download recorded song? (AT STANDBY MODE)

 

-          Insert USB in the USB port or SD Card in the SD Card Slot.

-          On the remote, press "Rec” button.

-          Go to Listen/Download icon and press "Sel”.

-          List of recorded song will appear. Choose the song you want to download and press "Sel”.  (A check sign appears on the left side.)

-          Press "9” button to download.     

     8.    How to register and play personalized MP3?

 

-          While on standby mode, press "Setup” button on the remote.

-          Enter the default pin number, "1111”.

-          Go to User Function icon, and then press "Sel” button on the remote.

-          Go to User Contents Setup

-          Go to Registering Contents

-          Select "MP3”

-          Connect USB or SD Card and press "Start” button

-          Select MP3 files you want to register by pressing "Sel” button on the remote.

-          Press "REC” button to register/upload.

-          After registering press "Cancel” to go back to previous.

-          All registered personalized MP3s can be seen when you press the "User” button on the remote then select MP3 icon.

 

9.    How to register and play User’s Photos and Video (BGV)?

 

    While on standby mode, press "Setup” button on the remote..

-     Enter the default pin number, "1111”.

-     Go to User Function icon, and then press "Sel” button on the remote.

-     Go to User Contents Setup

-     Go to Registering Contents

-     Select "Photo” or "Video (BGV)”.

-     Connect USB or  SD Card and press "Start” button.

-     Select Photos (JPEG File) or Video (BGV) (MP4 or AVI files) you want to register by pressing "Sel” button on the remote.

-     Press "REC” button to register/upload.

-     After registering press "Cancel” to go back to previous.

-     Then press "BGV” button on the remote until you reach the "User Photo” or "User Video” icon.

 

 

10.  How to register and play personalized Videos?

 

-      While on standby mode, press "Setup” button on the remote.

-     Enter the default pin number, "1111”.

-     Go to User Function icon, and then press "Sel” button on the remote.

-     Go to User Contents Setup.

-     Go to Registering Contents

-     Select "Video

-     Connect USB or SD Card and press "Start” button.

-     Select Videos (AVI File) you want to register by pressing "Sel” button on the remote.

-     Press "REC” button to register/upload.

-     After registering press "Cancel” to go back to previous.

-     All registered personalized Videos can be seen when you press the "User” button on the remote

      then select Video icon.

     11.   What is a Smart Card?

 

-          Use for monthly authentication of new songs.

-          Loaded with E-coins. ( 1 coin = 1 month new song update)

       12.   How to use Smart Card?

 

-      Make sure that the Smart Card is loaded with coin. (Contact your dealer for loading)

-     At standby mode press "Setup” button on the remote.

-     Enter default pin number "1111”

-     Go to "Contents Update” icon then press "Sel” on the remote.

-     Proceed to "Adding New Validity” then press "Sel

-     A notice will appear. Insert Smart card by using a Smart Card Reader then press "Start”.

-     Enter the Smart Card 8 digit PIN number.

-     Information appears stating the load value of your smart card and the number of months you would like to load to your player.

-     To put the number of months you want to load, press right arrow button on the remote control.

-     Press "Start”.

-     Information will appear stating the load remaining and the new validity date. Then press "Reserve”.

-     After the validity is completed, remove the Smart Card then press "Start”.

-     Press "Cancel” until Background Videos appear.

 

 13.   What is a Smart Card Reader?

 

-          An accessory for TKR-355P use for reading Smart Card in configuring Monthly Authentication.

 

 14.   How to Order E-coin and Reload Registered Smart Card? (For those who has an account on the Smartcard website)

 

Before using the Smart Card, be sure it is already registered under your own account on the Smart Card Website.

 

Step 1

            Log in to this website address: http://phcard.tjmedia.com.ph

            (You must have an account on the Smartcard website)

Step 2

            Click "Dealer” icon

Step 3

            Enter your ID and Password.

Step 4

            - If you need to request for E-coins go to "Authentication Purchase”. Then click "Purchase Request”.              

            - If you need to transfer the E-coins from your account to the Smart Card go to Authentication Sales, and then click "Authentication Recharge”. Enter your Smartcard 8 digit pin. Enter the E-coin you want to recharge then click "Card Charge”.

 

Note:

            Be sure to use a Smart Card Reader in transferring coins from your account to the Smart Card.

 

      15.   Number of update songs per month?

 

-          Minimum of 75 songs/month, combination of OPM and E-POP

   

 

  16.   The capacity of Built-in user Memory?

 

-          200GB

 

  17.   How to use Direct Play?

 

For User MP3

-          Insert USB or SD Card containing MP3 songs

-          Press "User” on the remote

-          Select USB MP3 icon or SD Card MP3

-          Choose your MP3 song you want to play by pressing "Start "button.

 

For User Video

-          Insert SD Card containing videos

-          Press "User” on the remote.

-          Select "SD Card MP3 Video” icon

-          Choose your video you want to play by pressing "Start” button.

 

  18.   Output DC 3V/0.3A and Output DC 12V/0.5A.

 

-          Located at the back of the unit

-          Output DC 3V is use for PCB used in coin operation (no need for battery)

-          Output DC 12V is use for electronic coin slot (no need for battery)
